Orders and Delivery
Payment Method
We accept Credit Card via PayPal.
Order Confirmation
Shortly after submitting the order, customers will receive a receipt in
their e-mail verifying that the order was received by kytech Co..
Shipping and Handling
Orders will be processed upon receiving the order and once payment is
made. All orders are shipped and delivered in working days from Monday to
Friday, except public holidays.
Tracking the Order
Customers will receive an additional confirmation e-mail with tracking
number once order has been dispatched.
Order Modification
If you need to modify your order due to wrong address, please contact us at sales@kytech.hk immediately with your order number and we will do our best to update your order. However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Locations
We
deliver to Hong Kong or Oversea countries.
Shipping Companies
For Orders delivery to Hong Kong location, it will be delivered through Shun
Feng Express.
For Orders delivery to overseas
countries, it will be delivered through international courier service
providers. Delivery charges will quote
separately.
